• Mac laptops or desktops, preferably running OSX 10.5 or later
• Word processing, design, and publishing software for Mac
• Educational software for Mac
• Flash drives
• Portable external hard drive (such as a Rugged Drive)

AUDIO-VISUAL

• Children’s audiobooks (digital, CDs, or even tapes)
• iPods in good, working condition
• Headphones
• Digital cameras with USB cord
• Flip video cameras or other digital video recorders
• Video editing software
• A projection screen
• A microphone and speaker

TUTORING

• Newspaper or magazine subscriptions (perhaps you can trade in airline miles for a subscription?)
• Books of interest to urban children and teens (especially picture books, ready-to-reads, and early chapter books), new or gently used
• Board games that promote literacy
• Septa tokens

WRITING & ART SUPPLIES

• Reams of copier paper
• Large rolls or pads of butcher paper
